Baked by Ammna began with a simple observation - so much good baking was going to waste. After years of working with food, creativity, and design, I kept coming back to the same question: why does something made fresh in the morning have to be thrown away by the afternoon?
Living in Sweden, where fika is part of everyday life, I saw both the beauty and the problem - abundance, but also excess. That's where the idea for Baked by Ammna was born. Instead of baking everything upfront, I developed a frozen dough concept, one that allows cafés, hotels, and spaces to bake only what they need, exactly when they need it.
A simple but powerful result: less waste, better quality, and cookies served warm.
Today, Baked by Ammna is about more than cookies. It's about rethinking how we bake, serve, and experience fika — with intention, without compromise.
